General Repairs and Sprucing Up Would Make My Fixer Far More Habitable
Having done all the small jobs – from painting the kids bedrooms to putting up some awnings over our patio – I need to think about bigger jobs around the house. If I had the money, I would love to get my foundation fixed and have my house painted. If I could get my house leveled, it would take a big load off my mind. My Favorite Aerators for Lawns
After eight years aerating lawns professionally, I have had a lot of experience using several different aerator for lawns. I found that I love some of them, and use several that I hate. One brand that I don’t particularly like is Bluebird. Bluebird is a very popular brand because it is the brand that Home Depot rents out. Several people who only experienced using a Bluebird assume there’s nothing else and when they are ready to buy they choose a bluebird. However I have found the Bluebirds break much quicker, and more expensive to repair, and are not as easy to maneuver as a Ryan lawn aerator. I have found that I love the use of a water barrel and weights because it gives me several variables of weight on different yards. The one major downside to a Ryan aerator is the water barrel however. If you do not take proper care you’ll find yourself replacing it often (once every year or so) at $80 per time. But I found it’s worth it for the ease of use and long-lasting Ryan.
