The surgical technologist alternatively known as surgical tech or scrub or surgical technician is one of the most important members of the operating room. This is because of the critical tasks that they perform during each phase of the operation i.e. Before, during and after the operation. Before the operation, they have to prepare the operating room with precision for the medical procedure to take place.
